“My mom’s trailer was leaking BADLY, and it was raining. The ceiling panel was drooping with water. I called several places and could not get anyone to even promise a call back for 2 days! I called Roofs by Premier and they were at our place within 1 hr. and had the roof patched within the next 30 minutes. Ron was an awesome guy who took the time to help us quickly. The patch has worked, the ceiling panel has dried and I will absolutely call them with any future needs. So happy to have found them.”

“Roofs by Premier is by far the best experience we have had with regards to a roofing company. Prior to the windstorm of 2015 in Spokane WA, Mark and his company came to our home to repair and provide a roof certificate in preparation of selling our home. Fast forward 3 weeks later when the storm hit Spokane, I called Mark and had explained we had just lost most of our roof due to the windstorm. Mark came out the next day and started covering the roof to prevent further damage. The day after Thanksgiving Mark and his crew started removing and replacing the roof. We have had several neighbors ask about such fast customer service and about the professionalism from Roofs by Premier. The roofing crew has always been courteous, respectful to our home and yard. Each night they have cleaned up and checked in with us prior to leaving. I have nothing but high praise for Mark and his company. “Mark and his crew are AMAZING!!! The work they accomplished on my house was unbelievable. What I loved the best is their work ethic. Those guys were on the job everyday bright and early and would keep working until most every squint of daylight was gone. They didn’t show up with a convoy of new shiny trucks and matching polo shirts and dockers ready to only work 9-5; these guys showed up with their long lasting reliable rigs and ol sleeveless concert t-shirts ready to tackle a 12+ hour day. Mark and his guys are an OUTSTANDING group of good ol boys that I would welcome back to my home anytime.
